Meet Jessica Shields, the chef behind Wildsmith.
"The daily demands of life make it hard to prioritize health without sacrificing flavor, time, or convenience. I believe food should be vibrant, beautiful, and deeply satisfying—fueling your body with energy and easing everyday life."

From luxury sailboats to jungle kitchens.
Chef Jessica Shields is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has spent over 25 years mastering the art and science of food. Her global culinary journey has taken her from fine-dining restaurants in Denver, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC, to private yachts in the South of France, and to the jungles of Costa Rica and vibrant street markets across Southeast Asia.
With expertise in both culinary arts and nutrition, Jessica brings a deep understanding of how food can truly nourish and heal. Her cooking is inspired by a love of travel, a respect for the land, and a desire to make everyday meals feel extraordinary.
Whether she’s crafting a five-star experience or a comforting weeknight dinner, Jessica’s passion lies in creating food that makes life easier, healthier, and more joyful.
